The London Ambulance Service confirmed that Duncan passed away at the scene.
They said they sent several teams to help, including an ambulance crew, a response officer, paramedics in quick-response cars, and members of their hazardous area response team (HART).
TV host Mike Hollingsworth shared that his close friend Ben Duncan has passed away. He said Ben lived freely like Peter Pan and will be deeply missed for his charm, humor, laughter, and great sense of style.
