In his first preseason game, he made three catches for 32 yards and scored an 11-yard touchdown, even though the Rams lost 34–17 to the Chargers.
In his first playoff game, Nacua made nine catches for 181 yards and scored a 50-yard touchdown, though the Rams lost 24–23 to the Lions.
In the NFC playoffs the next season, he caught five passes for 44 yards in a 27–9 win over the Vikings, and then had six catches for 97 yards in a 28–22 loss to the Eagles in the divisional round.
In March 2025, the Rams shared that Nacua was changing his jersey number from 17 to 12, the same number he wore in college.
After the team’s bye week, he returned in Week 9 and caught seven passes for 95 yards, including a diving 39-yard touchdown in a 34–10 win over the Saints.
